How our guides are made

The Sortie Editorial Team writes the public guides. The Sortie Product Team reviews product behavior, Gmail steps, and safety notes before publication.

Native Gmail instructions are checked against current Google documentation and the live interface. Product examples use the same one-best-category model available in Sortie. We state when a Gmail filter solves the problem without paid software.

What we publish

Our library covers Gmail filters, labels, automatic sorting, email triage, and practical AI tagging. Each page has a visible review date. We change that date only after checking the instructions or making a material revision.

Corrections

Gmail changes, and our own product changes with it. If a guide contains a broken step or an inaccurate Sortie claim, email support@sortieemail.ai with the page address and the detail that needs correction.
